OSCP First-Try Plan

A week-by-week path from where you are now to a 70+ pass, built around the time your week actually leaves free. Open a week, do the one action it names, tick it off. Pick up next session exactly where the bar left you.

The honest timeline. OffSec's own plan assumes 20 to 24 hours a week. After six mornings of training, work, delivery and the Saturday date, your week realistically gives two weeknights plus Sunday: about 10 to 12 hours. So this plan runs ~22 weeks, not 12. "Earliest possible" and "without wrecking your routine" pull against each other. This is the fastest version that still lets you sleep by 22:30.

Thursdays open up after 19 Nov. Triple H has you until then, so Weeks 1 to 3 run on Mon/Wed/Sun. From Week 4 on, Thursday becomes a third weeknight block. Use it as catch-up when a week slips, or to pull the finish line in. Three solid nights plus Sunday is where this timeline can actually move faster.

Don't buy the course yet. Phase 0 is free prep you do before the lab clock starts. The moment you buy PEN-200 you start burning the 90-day timer (or the Learn One year). Buy only when Phase 0 is ticked off, so none of your paid lab time is spent on fundamentals you could learn free.

The 40 points that matter. Active Directory is 40 of the 100 points and is now mandatory. Weeks 15 to 20 are the ones that pass or fail you. Protect that time above everything else.

Two short weeknight blocks (~1.5h each, swap in delivery nights you skip) plus one long Sunday block (~4h). Thursday is blocked by Triple H only until 19 Nov; after that it's a third weeknight. Saturdays are protected, mornings stay yours for training.
